Last year’s semi-finalists UP Dangal will be looking to better their position this year and win the coveted prize. In the player’s draft, they have strategically picked out a mixture of young and experienced players with Navjot Kaur the pick of the bunch.
Navjot Kaur was a bronze medallist at the 2014 Glasgow Commonwealth Games. She has also won Gold medal at last year’s Asian Wrestling Championship in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, after contending with a bronze and a silver medal in the 2011 and 2013 editions respectively. During her incredible gold medal win in Bishkek, she became the first Indian women to bag a gold medal in the Asian Championship at senior level. In PWL Season 4, Navjot will participate in the females 62 Kg category where her toughest bout is expected to be against Delhi’s Sakshi Malik.
